lbc youth eco power apprenticeship program

Our apprenticeship program provides intensive electrical training with a special focus on renewable solar and wind technologies and energy-efficient HVAC systems. Over 18 weeks, our trainees develop the technical skills and hands-on experience to complete rough-in wiring, computer network wiring, and installing a heat pump and other electrical appliances at our simulation-based experiential learning on-site at LBC Youth Centre while receiving comprehensive wrap-around support. Graduates complete the first tier of a 5-tier electrical apprenticeship and are matched with employers to continue their trade career journey.
