UNLEARN AND LEARN

The teen years have always been challenging. However, our increasingly digitally saturated world has complicated these years of self-discovery. As youth struggle on this quest to find themselves and make real connections with others, they are spending much of their waking hours on screens in the unmonitored and unregulated wild west of cyberspace. Our 8-week interactive workshop series, led by a variety of different experts, raises critical awareness on cyber-safety and provides dynamic learning for navigating the "online" world, including relationship red flags, consent and mental health. This popular program has been in effect since 2018 and has been endorsed by Peel Regional Police.
